About i teach

i teach, which began in 2002, is coordinated by The Teaching Center, Arts & Sciences, and Washington University Libraries. i teach provides opportunities for Washington University faculty from across the disciplines to exchange ideas and insights on teaching. 

• At the i teach Symposium, held every other year in early January, faculty members explore new and effective ways to promote student learning.
• Through the online, semi-annual i teach Newsletter, faculty members stay informed about scholarship on teaching and learning, learn about effective teaching strategies, and read about current WU teaching projects and events.

This Web site functions as i teach’s permanent home. Past symposia programs, as well as current and past issues of the newsletter, are available and fully searchable here. Please visit the site often.
