Question: When I play a video or DVD, the audio plays, but no image projects on the screen. What can I do?

Answer:

1. Check the touch-panel screen to make sure that “picture mute” is not selected.
2. Go to“main menu” or “source menu.” Select any source different from your original selection. Then, reselect your original source from the “main menu” or “source menu.” Please wait a few seconds between each selection.
